A private-hire unstaffed kids' cafe, playroom and kids' party room — a fun space for children and an easy one for parents. This is Joy Pang Pang Kids Room.

* After booking, please make sure you read the confirmation message.

* Bookings are made on the condition that responsibility for safety while using the facility rests with the person who booked and the accompanying guardians. Children may not enter without a guardian.
(We cannot compensate for accidents caused by a guardian's inattention.)

* Takeaway and delivery food may be brought in.
(There is a microwave on site.)

* Bins are provided, so you don't need to take rubbish away with you — we deal with it. However, a cleaning fee may be charged if rubbish, recycling and food waste are not put in the right places.
(Please separate recycling from general waste in the bins. Food waste goes in the dedicated fridge.)

* A Bluetooth speaker is provided.
(If Bluetooth won't connect, just press the power button on the player.)

* There is no headcount limit, but for safety we recommend a maximum of 12 people.
(Responsibility for accidents caused by exceeding that lies with the guests.)

* Pets are not allowed.
(Some of our children have severe allergies — thank you for understanding.)

Under the cancellation and refund policy, a full refund is not possible for reasons such as not having read the listing, a simple change of mind, personal circumstances, or illness and COVID-related restrictions.

* Same-day bookings can be cancelled within one hour, but only if you contact us — cancelling it yourself means no refund.

* There is no limit on numbers, but for the children's safety we recommend 12 or fewer.

* The entry code is sent by text <before your start time>. For questions about your visit, message us on Naver TalkTalk.

* Please keep strictly to your entry and exit times (enter on the hour, leave 3 minutes before), and tidy up briefly before you go so the space is ready for the next guests.

* The space is unstaffed, so for your safety CCTV is recording — thank you for understanding in advance.

* Socks must be worn in the facility, and please make sure children don't climb onto the play equipment carrying toys or food. (Risk of accidents.)

* Outside food is allowed.
Please enjoy it, then take leftovers and rubbish away with you (and tidy up before leaving).
Left in the bin, it smells badly enough to spoil the next guests' visit.

* Please put toys and supplies back where you found them for the next guests.

* No pets / the entire building is non-smoking.

* Because of the fire risk, open flames of any kind are strictly prohibited.

* Kkuljaem Kids Room is an unstaffed facility, so please note in advance that we accept no liability for accidents caused by inattention on the part of guardians or guests.
